FuelSavvy helps Western Australian drivers find nearby fuel stations, compare prices, plan fuel stops for road trips, and track personal fuel spending. Fuel price data is sourced from FuelWatch, a Government of Western Australia service. We are not affiliated with FuelWatch or the Government of Western Australia.
FuelSavvy provides estimates and planning tools as a guide only, not a guarantee. Fuel prices, station locations, distances, and journey calculations may not always be current or accurate due to factors outside our control, including delays in source data, network connectivity, and changes at individual fuel stations.
You are responsible for verifying fuel prices, availability, and trip feasibility before relying on the App's output, particularly in remote areas. Always carry adequate fuel reserves when travelling through regional or remote Western Australia, and do not rely solely on the App's Journey Planner for trip safety.
FuelSavvy offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, FuelSavvy Pro, priced at $1.99 AUD per month unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Oliana Interactive. Fuel price data displayed within the App is sourced from FuelWatch and remains the property of the Government of Western Australia. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its data without permission.
The App integrates third-party services including Mapbox, Firebase, RevenueCat, and navigation apps such as Google Maps and Waze. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oliana Interactive is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to running out of fuel, inaccurate pricing, missed savings, or reliance on journey planning estimates.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel any active subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
